About the Eagle Athletic Association

Eagles Athletic Association (EAA), a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization, was founded in 2019 by a group of dedicated Boone County community leaders who saw an opportunity to equip and elevate more area leaders through the powerful learning lessons that sports and beyond provide.

EAA supports the character-building principles of trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, and good citizenship in equipping tomorrow’s leaders for success that far transcends the playing surfaces.

All EAA initiatives share a core philosophy that is reflected in our SELECT curriculum, planned program offerings, and community service activities.

Eagle Select Beliefs

Through sports, our goal is to inspire, teach, and instill the values and skills that will have a long-lasting impact on each member of our organization. With a variety of different sports options available for our young athletes and their families, we believe our curriculum will elevate our youth’s development, regardless of skill level.

Our goal is to build cohesion, develop strong bonds among the players and their families, and to create an environment where each athlete feels like they are part of something bigger than just a weekly activity.

Our overall goal is to positively impact as many of our community’s youth as possible, regardless of their skill or competitive level. Our organization will provide life-long memories and transformative learning opportunities for all members in a safe and fun environment.

Every player matters. Every opportunity provides a chance to grow, both on and off the playing surface. Eagles Athletic Association has a mission to be the “Gold Standard” for community-based programs, focused on not only the development of skills, but shaping young people to be successful in their own unique personal journey.
